What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Nashik, and 15+ other cities. Enter your pincode on the order page to check availability.

Can I return empty bottles/jars?

Yes! Our delivery team collects empty bottles/jars on every visit. Empty 20L jars are mandatory to return for replacements. We sanitize and recycle them.

What subscription plans are available?

We offer Starter (individual), Family, and Office plans ranging from ₹599 to ₹2499/month. All plans include free delivery and sanitization.

How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

You can pause or cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by calling us. There are no cancellation fees — ever.

Is the water TDS tested regularly?

Yes. Every batch is tested daily by an NABL-accredited lab. TDS, mineral content, pH, and microbial reports are available on request.
